We want everyone to have the opportunity to enjoy the arts as much as we do, so we provide a few payment options to suit everyone's different circumstances.
OUR SHIPPING POLICY
How We Do It
Our aim is to have items posted within 3-5 business days of ordering. Any items posted within Australia should reach you within 7-14 business days. There will be exceptions to this, larger paintings which have to be shipped by courier can take longer, up to 21 business days. Any items which do not have a shipping price listed, please contact us for a quote on shipping.
RETURNS
The Small Print
We have a no return policy on all items unless the item received is damaged.
What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged
Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please email admin@danielgjohnsart.com to give us your order information and the details of the damage.
Step 2 - Save original packaging the artwork came in.
Step 3 - Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to admin@danielgjohnsart.com
Step 4 - We will contact you to discuss next steps.

We warrant that the Work(s) are the Artist's own independent creation, the rights to the Works(s) have not been assigned or licensed to anyone else, we own the copyright on all Work(s) listed.
